Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- A few lemon slices (optional)
Method
- Add the chia seeds to the water.
- Stir well and let them sit for 10–15 minutes.
- Stir again to break up any clumps.
- Add the lemon juice and honey.
- Mix well and serve chilled or at room temperature.
Tip:
You can add a few ice cubes for a more refreshing drink.
