Lemon Chia Drink

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • A few lemon slices (optional)

Method

  1. Add the chia seeds to the water.
  2. Stir well and let them sit for 10–15 minutes.
  3. Stir again to break up any clumps.
  4. Add the lemon juice and honey.
  5. Mix well and serve chilled or at room temperature.

Tip:
You can add a few ice cubes for a more refreshing drink.
