1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk

Melt the Chocolate
Place the white chocolate and milk in a heatproof bowl. Melt gently over a double boiler or in the microwave (15-second intervals), stirring until smooth. Let it cool slightly.
Whip the Cream
In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
Combine
Gently fold the melted white chocolate into the whipped cream using a spatula. Mix slowly to keep the mousse light and airy.
Chill
Spoon the mousse into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
Serve
Garnish with fresh berries or white chocolate shavings before serving.
