Ingredients:
1 cup fresh spinach or kale
1/2 cucumber
1 green apple
Juice of 1/2 lemon
A small handful of fresh mint leaves
1 cup water (or coconut water)
Optional: 1 teaspoon grated ginger
Instructions:
Wash all the ingredients thoroughly.
Chop the cucumber and apple into small pieces.
Add spinach (or kale), cucumber, apple, mint leaves, and ginger (if using) into a blender.
Pour in the water or coconut water.
Squeeze in the fresh lemon juice.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and drink immediately, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
